I am doing a 10km in July so will start training for that soon. Probably 4-5 days runnnig and weights 1-2 times a week. I usually do the half marathon that is part of the same runnnig festival but I think it will be too hard with LO to get the amount of training in that I would need to do. Also my husband is doing the half and strollers aren't allowed in the race so one of us has to sit it out!
